折翼天使

一个折翼天使,再也飞不起。。。

这几天,突然很想烘焙一些蛋糕、饼干这类的东西,最后一次烘焙,该是 Cheh-我前室友的告别会, 做了个简单的芝士蛋糕。早前,从好友那儿拿到做蛋挞的烘焙方法, 但本身都还没尝试过,虽然很想现在试试,但并没有没有足够的 材料, 在加上这儿并不像在自家那么方便,可以出去购买,之后唯有把厨房来个天翻地覆,终于让我找到鬆饼的材料,。好吧,今天就只好来个久违的鬆饼早餐!

分享muffin's recipe:
Ingredients: 1 cup quicker cooking white oat
1 cup of plan flour
1/2 cup of brown sugar/ plain sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup of laban /santan
1/2 cup of date/banana/walnut (cut in cube) or anything u like to add
1/2 cup of raisin
1 eggs
3/4 of cooking oil
1 teaspoon of baking powder (add last)
1/2 teaspoon soda powder (add last)

* overheat over 350 degree for a while, then, bake for 25 minutes
